Following the approval of the CNOOC development plans for the Kingfisher development area, Quest Energy was again contracted to carry out Sensitization of stakeholders on the Development Phase. The scope of this project included addressing challenges identified in the Social and Environmental Impact reports through training and direct stakeholder management.
